I went to Melt Spa today with friends and it was not a great experience. It was FREEZING in the "relaxation" room and it is very difficult to relax in a cold environment. The only reading material offered while waiting for your service was men's health and vanity fair...not interested in either. Odd selection for a spa. The chocolate muffins offered were dry and not tasty. The sandals they provided were too small and gave me blisters. Thankfully the room I got my massage in was warm. RecommendedExcellent 80 min Mojito massage by Dawn! She was incredible and listened to my sore spots. Excellent relaxation room- with to die for hot cocoa and chocolate muffins. Would absolutely return and recommend Dawn.

RecommendedWonderful experience. Very clean and professional. Called early this morning to schedule appt & they accommodated my schedule. Arrived early for my pedicure and was given a tour of spa & encouraged to get changed and settle into relaxation room. Even after my pedicure I did not feel rushed at all, and was told I could go back to relaxation room until my toes dried another 15/20 mins. So I had another cup of tea. Beautiful setting. I’ll be back!
