Pampering at its finest! And hot chocolate that is basically a Hershey’s bar melted into a cup as you relax between services. Yum!

First visit to MeltSpa. The aromatherapy massage and snow algae facial were both excellent. As good or better than any I've had, including the Spa at Hotel Hershey. The only negative comments I have are that the lockers were a little small, especially at this time of year with coats. Also, the Lounge was too cool. My masseuse, Dawn, was incredible! This was my first massage and I told her I had some neck problems. She informed me she’d taken a whole course on how to properly massage the neck, and it was fantastic! She made me feel so comfortable. Also, the tables are heated and can be adjusted as desired. Great experience and great masseuse!
The most relaxing pedicure. Raven did a marvelous job. Everything was great from the time I checked in until I left feeling relaxed with soft feet and painted toenails.
Samantha was my masseuse and she was professional, friendly and a genuinely sweet young lady. My experience here was amazing!
