Messaged to see if I could bring my rabbits to get their undercoat brushed out and a nail trim and they asked me if I wanted to bathe them..... I haven’t had more than a conversation with this company and im already uncomfortable. I informed them that you don’t bathe rabbits they groom themselves. They went on to tell me they have been grooming for 45 years and they know what they are talking about. Just because you have doing something incorrectly for 45 years doesn’t make it right. Love these ladies. I've been going for a few years now I believe, and even my newest addition likes it there. they always look super cute after and never seen scared or anything like that. definitely recommend.

Absolutely wonderful experience with Mel’s Pet Parlour. This was my first time using them for my Standard Poodle “Lady” and they know their stuff ! If you say you want a poodle cut they know exactly what you’re talking about . Even with the social distancing they have set up a unique system to keep everyone safe and I’m thankful for them . Everything from the booking , grooming, and prices are great . We have found our new grooming home . Before and after .

We love how much the ladies take care of our precious Bandit. She goes in looking like the scrapyard and leaves runway ready. They love our dog.
