I recently purchased a 2014 GMC Sierra Denali from Mel's Motors. The owner was very helpful in every step of the process. He communicated with me several times over the phone, provided additional information that I requested, and had the truck looking spotless when I came in to view it. The owner was willing to come in early on a Saturday to meet me, and he even went as far as storing the vehicle inside overnight and in the morning so it could be looked at dry while it was raining outside.
