Mel refinished the floors to a home I recently purchased. He was very accommodating when it came to finding a time to meet me at the house, and provided a proposal to me very quickly. He showed up to complete the work as scheduled, and provided me updates via text message along with photos of the work being completed. I'm very happy with the end result and will use him when I need to have any additional work done to my flooring.
On very short notice Mel came and knocked my flooring out of the park. I’ll be having him come back to sand and refinish my hard wood floors
Mel has rejuvenated floors for me in several homes. He is thorough and stays until the job is done. We didn’t know how to deal with a floor in an 1880’s home we bought. It was a mess. He completely transformed it in record time and we couldn’t have been happier. I’ll always go to Mel!
Mel and his team did a wonderful job refinishing my oak hardwood floors. Got me on the schedule and finished on time. Looks like a new house again.
I had an issue, I thought, with a parlor floor. I called several companies and Mel himself picked up the phone! He made an appointment right away to see my problem. He was in the area, so he came after work. Turned out there was no problem, just user error. He explained how I should continue. I did not need his service, but he was polite, knew the process I should use, and was willing to take the time to talk to me! I would use his company because his customer service showed he cares about his work and knows how to do it.
