Love this place. My wife and I use to go here all the time when we lived in Yakima. We moved to Spokane and have missed this restaurant ever since.
Free breakfast for my birthday. What an incredible dining experience. Love the decor. Keep it going.
This was my first time eating here and the food was great, the waitresses was friendly, and funny, meet the owner, he was great, friendly and all the workers wear nice and friendly, I would recumend this place to eat, family friendly.
People were friendly and service was great. The meal I ordered left much to be desired.

On a US road trip last October we stayed in Yakima and dined in Mels dinner. We ordered a Steak and I’ve had a lot of steaks in the US, Canada and Australia but the steak that was dished up was the most tender we have ever had and would highly recommend Mels for dinning for great food and a great price.
