The best food I have eaten in a long time... We will be going again and again...
The food is real good there and I had a good waitress
Tonight was our first time dining at Mel's. We will be back. The place was packed! We had a bacon cheeseburge& fries, the small chicken fried steak (was anything but all), and the fried catfish & shrimp dinner. We wete too stuffed for dessert, but I had to take home some blackberry cobbler. It was all fresh and delicious. The staff was friendly and service was great. We will definitely be back.
We have been here a few times and every time is just as great! Quality of food is delicious and customer service is always caring and comforting! My husband had the chicken and dumplings and the flavor was so filling and not to mention huge chunks of chicken! This was our 1 yr olds first time and he even enjoyed it! We will always come back to Mel's it's just that good and filling!
Just good OL Country cooking. 5 Stars. Must try. Wednesday Butter beans and chicken fried steak.
