SCOCLEAN (or recently, apparently, rebranded Mel's Cleaning) is not an honest, nor professional cleaning service. Did not meet agreement nor expectations. I asked for walls and baseboards. Instead they spent 3 hours in the bathrooms which were already cleaned (new home. Last owners left the bathrooms spotless) and then tried to nickel-and-dime (on top of their already expensive fees) me for an extra amount of time that was not agreed to. It was very easy to make a appointment and have my place well cleaned as well. Great job provided!
Selene came to do a walk through of my townhome. We discussed exactly what I was after. She nodded and said "yes" to all of my requests including putting away laundry and sweeping the patios. After she showed up late, she decided that what we had agreed upon amounted to me "taking advantage" of her. AFTER we had discussed it and I had printed and handed her a list of requirements. They were recomended by a friend. The services was executed by 3 ladies . They contacted me via SMS one days before to confirm the appointment and arrival time, on the next day (a Friday) they arrived on time and after a quick review of the house they immediately started and did a great job. It was a deep cleaning and they stayed a little bit longer than 3 hours to guarantee everything was properly done. Very detailed cleaning. This team pulled out furniture to dust and even cleaned the vents over the range. Very pleased with the level of professionalism from the Scoclean service.
