Melroy recently took over management of the complex where we rent. I received a letter indicating how to pay my rent, and I registered on their site, only to never get a reply. As such, I spent half a work day driving around getting money orders and hand delivering payment to their office, Then on a Sunday night, they stuck a note on the door indicating a need to enter my place the following morning. A good thing. – Moved in last year and so far no problems I like it and the place is quite, which is a good thing.
It's been 3 weeks since I moved out of an apartment that Melroy Properties managed in Normal Heights. To my surprise I received a phone call from Martha informing me that I am receiving my FULL deposit back. How exciting!
I have been living in my apartment for over 4 years now. I never had a problem. Each time I needed something fixed, it was done in a timely fashion.
Our experience so far has been fantastic. Our apartment is perfect for us and our prop. manager was incredibly helpful. Martha is so sweet and helpful!!

what is the fuss all about i personaly think it is a great company good service professional staff maintenance is taking care of on time complaints are taken seriously i lived at one of melroy properties in north park for 5 years now and never had problem yah i guess iam a fan
