BLACK MOLD ALERT I got flooded out of my first floor apartment by a medium-sized rain event, as did the other two families on my floor. Plus there was mold even before the flooding. They charged me $50 for the date I got flooded out when they gave me my security deposit back (I was flooded out on the 1st of a month). My apartment apparently had been flooded out two years prior, and they obviously cut corners in fixing it. I would avoid living here, especially if you have kids. Or lungs.
We lived in Wheatland Hills for 9 years before moving out because of expanding our family. It's a beautiful place to live in, with awesome amenities like the gym, swimming pool, tennis courts, and children's playground. The office and maintenance staff are very friendly. We also had very good neighbors who have now become very good friends. Close to Park City Mall, grocery stores and the LGH health campus which was a great benefit for us. Loved the beautiful views of the trees and nature in all seasons.
Melrose Park Manor is a great place to live. The property is well run and maintained. It's peaceful and clean. Ms. Kim and Mr. Warren are awesome at what they do.
This place has not aged well. A real dump. Overpriced Apartments from the nineteen forties. Plus-the laundry rooms are a joke. Not to mention the elevators. Prehistoric caves.
The worst place ever! Rent God up every year and they don't fix nothing maintenance sucks
I don't know what everyone is talking about in their reviews. I researched about this place prior to move in and didn't expect extravagant luxury but what I got was a clean, quiet, nice place to live. that's enough for me. my house doesn't have pests and I don't even see anywhere for them to access the inside of my house. This is a great place to live - everyone online is just a negative nancy. there are over 300 apartments here and only a few bad reviews; everyone else is happy.
I wish I had researched about this place before I decided to live there. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! DON'T LIVE HERE!!!! First day of move in, I saw bugs and hornet in my kitchen and living room. And my bathroom was PINK! (I hate pink!) They never show you the apartment you're going to live in but the one next to their office which is very nice and clean. I am living in Laurel Manor and it is horrible. I wouldn't even tell my worst enemy to move into this place. The first two months were ok but then I'm noticing I may have a bed bug issue now. When I spoke to the office about it they tried to tell me before each apartment is leased it is externinated but obviously not because they keep having issues. Highly DON'T RECOMMEND THIS RENT TO ANYBODY! It is a NOT a "NON-SMOKING" complex! People smoke in the common areas, so be ready to smell of cigarettes in your apartment every time! 2. People are VERY NOISY AT NIGHT no matter how many times you complain! THE WALLS ARE PAPER THIN! Neighbors could play music; fight, scream at all hours of the night. 3. People are DEALING DRUGS!
