RecommendedTonight was my first visit and certainly not my last. I was a walk-in appointment with no wait time. Everyone was very welcoming and the two nail technicians that worked on me were outstanding. I also want to thank the amazing woman that paid for my mani-pedi. A million thanks and hugs to you. Made appt for 7pm 8/20 for two mani/pedi. Apparently, appt doesn’t matter! Didn't start until 7:44. Didn’t have “complimentary” perks advertised: paraffin, champagne etc... manager did NOTHING to adjust... continued serving “other” walk ins instead of prioritizing the appt. Only did pedi, not mani for both me and husband :( Did nothing to rectify the situation. Messed up nail polish putting sandals on to leave... worst experience ever and I’ve been there several times prior.
It was my wife and I first visit but it will not be our last. I appreciate the courtesy and their willingness to go the extra mile! See you soon!
I had a great experience at Melrose Day Spa! The staff went over and beyond to make sure we were more than happy with our manicure and pedicure. I will be coming back the next time I’m in Dallas! ❤️
I love Melrose. Everyone is always so kind and they always do an amazing job on my nails. I highly recommend this nail salon. The milk and honey pedicure is the best.

Best in Dallas. I followed Johnny from Hollywood Nails and am his biggest fan. I buy gift certificates to Melrose for all my friend's birthdays. The salon is beautiful, Johnny and his wife Ny create a friendly atmosphere, and no one -- I mean no one -- is as meticulous as Johnny when it comes to my nails.
