No stylist has ever colored my hair so perfectly as Amber. I also really appreciated the consultation. She was up front about the expectations of getting to the extremely light color I desired and what it would take to achieve that ultimate goal. Just an AWESOMELY skilled stylist and colorist. Thank you Amber and thank you to your wonderful assistant (apologies for my memory loss of her name).
I won’t go on a detailed rant of each reasons why I had a negative experience here. Just know that my 1 Star rating is based on unresponsiveness, attitude from the stylist and overall disastrous customer service. The best part was when I received an automated email asking for a review hours after my appt, which happens to have me marked as CANNOT BOOK AGAIN. Bravo, Melrose & McQueen! Learn how to communicate consistently so you can’t use it as an excuse for terrible customer service again.
Love love love Kenneth and this salon!! Very eclectic and modern atmosphere. Customer service amazing! Plus Kenneth always makes my hair look fabulous. I always get so many compliments. ❤️❤️❤️

Every stylist at Melrose & McQueen not only has their own style, but they are all experts at what’s hot and what’s not. From the welcoming front desk, the shampoo person, and the stylist, Melrose & McQueen is an 11 on a scale of 1-10 !!!!!

Not your average salon.... it’s better. Low key, laid back, musically, relaxing salon. Stylists here are on point. Best experience I’ve had yet and I’m 32. Do yourself a favor and visit! Leigha is amazing!
