I have been with Melrose Family Dentistry building since I moved to Melrose in 1967. This facility has had many doctors and hygenists come through the doors and it still maintains it's quality to service and to the customer. If coming since 1967 isn't fact that the Melrose Family Dentistry continues to provide quality service, what about that I travel from Concord MA for my appointments now because I love the quality of people, the service and care they provide.
I liked everyone, very friendly and professional! Karen is excellent, made me feel at ease on the initial phone call! Valerie was wonderful!! Dr. S was great reviewing my options, and getting to review financial plan was helpful (I forgot her name, little loopy after visit) she did great as well.

My hygienist was extremely nice and made me feel really comfortable. She was able to explain all the steps to me and about how long things would take. Dr. Rasner was very nice as well and explained all her concerns and answered all my questions clearly. I am really impressed with the technology in the office and used to communicate with patients. The front desk staff had all my insurance information before I got there and were able to estimate how much my fillings will be next week. I even got an engagement gift bag with tee... read more

I wouldn't change a thing. I've always loved how friendly every one is. Thank you for 38+ years of taking care of my teeth!
