Horrible, lleno de cucarachas, el piso debajo de la cocina sin terminar, refrigeradora vieja y goteando y más lo único aceptable son las áreas comunes. Tienen que remodelar urgentemente.
They rented out an apartment that we put hold money on. I also called their management company Excel Residential to let them know what had happened, and the people I spoke with were were not very helpful. The Regional Manager Regina especially was very rude and not a very friendly person. Take your chances with this apartment complex. I would not recommend them at all
The staff here are wonderful, i moved in here 11 months ago. I am here to stay.
