i moved into this apartment a few months ago and it has been okay living so far. i read some reviews just now about roaches and thank god i have not seen any (although i’m sure it’s because i live near the front of the building versus the far back of the complex, where i’ve seen pest control visiting 2x). it’s very conveniently located and close to so many shops on melrose, however it’s severely outdated. it’s so old that it obviously stands out from everything around it. i don’t know if it’s the colors of the building, but ... read more
Awful place to live. Bad service. I lived here for 6 years. Ac never works. The manager in the office is very rude. They don’t explain things to you correctly. Read the reviews before you decide to move in 👍🏽
