Filled with Cockroaches! As a witness her air wouldn't work took awhile for them to fix the issue! They didnt like that she ask them to fix things It's her right! My cousin got ripped off they kept her deposit and is trying to charge her $900 for a "dirty apartment" without even going to court! She always paid her rent on time or early too! Apparently I have friends living in several units with no AC as we speak now for days.
Would not recommend to anyone, it takes several months for any repairs to be made. The complex raises rent but does not update apartments and no longer has security on the property. Management changes monthly and is almost impossible to get your deposit back at the end of your lease. I’m at the stages of taking the landlord to small claims court. If you don’t believe this review please take a tour on the property and also ask the current tenants. In the evening take a look at their laundry room, it is trashed.

After living here for one year, They are increasing the rent by 32%! No upgrades. Only an idiot would pay that much for what you get here.
Worst apartments in Phoenix. The administrator is a big piece of shit. She thinks that these apartments are her property. They are in bad conditions and is really disgusting everything. Don't rent here!
