I was referred to Dr. Melo by my dentist for my upper wisdom teeth removal and it was a good experience overall. His front desk staff were responsive with both phone calls & emails and very accommodating after I had cancelled my consultation appointment and rebooked a few times! This was my 3rd visit over the last 15 years. The office and staff are wonderful and Dr. Melo is an amazing dental surgeon. As I said at my last visit, I wish I could see him more often; but my visits usually require a tooth extraction and I do want to keep my teeth as long as possible! if you’ve ever been worried about dental issues, have no fear.
Take your chances and Good luck trying to reach them. I was given a referral November 2025. Left multiple messages and follow up calls. Not client friendly in my opinion
The secretary is less than Ethical or professional. The unofficial gatekeeper and decision-maker of the facility. Who refuses to answer the phone calls and emails of patients. Then threaten them with the authorities…
Thank you to Dr Melo and his team my wisdom tooth was extracted. I had a quick and easy consultation then got me booked in for the extraction but when I needed to change my appointment they were able to change the date & time easily with just one phone call. Unfortunately, I missed my appointment, but they still fit me in for the same day and extracted two of my teeth and durning it there was a lot of pain but Dr Melo was very calm and helped me through it after 10 minutes both teeth got extracted I got my prescription and e... read more
