Thank you to Dr Melo and his team my wisdom tooth was extracted. I had a quick and easy consultation then got me booked in for the extraction but when I needed to change my appointment they were able to change the date & time easily with just one phone call. Dr. Lee was fantastic, however I was misled by his receptionist. At the time of booking, I was told that if I booked in the new year, my insurance would roll over and cover the entire fee (nearly $1000). At my appointment, I was blindsided by over $400 in fees that my insurance did not cover. When I asked the receptionist, her reply was that she couldn't possibly know when my insurance rolled over as all companies are different. Complete contraction of what she told me on the phone. Very unprofessional and misleading.
Dr. Melo and his team are simply the best in so many ways!!!!
All of the staff were exceptionally kind and friendly. I experienced Dr. Lee as calm, kind, knowledgeable and experienced. Although the procudure itself wasn't fun, the staff made me feel cared for.
