After over 10 years of putting off my wisdom tooth removal, I can confidently say I had absolutely nothing to worry about. Everyone was so helpful, kind and I felt like my worries were taken care of. Dr.Melo was lovely and his associates were excellent as well. I can’t say enough good things. My recovery went so smoothly as well. Easy peasy!
Listen, I did not enjoy what happened in there today but I do want to express appreciation and gratitude to Dr Lee, his surgical assistant, and Elly at the front. I always have a big vagal reaction to anesthetic and procedures, and they were sooooo kind and gentle and supportive while I sweated and paled. I was iced and thoughtfully dabbed. Dr Maico is a amazing surgeon, he did a great job on my extractions , and I'm happy with no pain anymore.
Dr. Melo is honestly the nicest man. He is so kind and very considerate of his patients and has a lovely manner. He goes above and beyond to make sure that his patients are as comfortable as possible during their procedures. I honestly couldn’t recommend him more highly.
A huge thank you to Dr. Melo and his entire team! His nurse was wonderful, and all of the front desk staff have been incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout the process. A special shoutout to Diana as well for her prompt, informative, and thoughtful email responses. I truly appreciate the excellent care from everyone involved.
