Slum lords beware!!!
The receptionist is rude, unprofessional, unhelpful and rankly sounds like an uneducated child. Their buildings are also unsafe and dirty. Beware.
The office administrator Liz, is so incredibly rude and unprofessional. She is incredibly cold hearted, demeaning, condescending, to say the least. Ultimately there are no words in the English language that truly describe her disgusting attitude towards others. She never follows up with regards to written requests, credit checks, maintenance inquiries and becomes offended when you call to inquire regarding status. I also think this property management deserves 0 stars ! the owner is a scammer ! and he is a very greedy man . doesn't follow his own leasing contract. Even after living in one of his apt for over 20 years still can't even have our carpet CLEANED once since he won't remove it .
Wish they had negative reviews! This place is a scam! they had me apply and pay the application fee and the manager said that no one had applied or seen the unit and when I called Melnyk after 1 week the Incompetent lady at the management office said to me that the applicant previous to mine was approved before me so why did they waste my time and application fee of $25? was it to take my money and hundreds of others?
