Food is delicious, but the service SUCKS...every single time.
Everything was perfect. The food as well as the service.
Worst service ever! During the 45 minutes we waited for our appetizer, our waitress totally ignored us. Not once did she stop to apologize or give us an update on our food. We finally received our pizza after ordering it a hour earlier. I've never been too crazy about this pizza, but we come because we love eating downtown. However, this will be the last time we come here. Waiting an hour for pizza is just ridiculous! Not to mention the salad wasn't what I ordered, and they were completely out of any carbonated beverage.
Really good spot. Working up here and been having lunch at The Mellow almost everyday.
Great customer service and good pizza. Will visit again! :)
