I'm a big Mellow fan!! However my last experience wasn't the greatest but overall great restaurant
If I could rate less than one star I would. Horrible service. I will never darken the doors of this particular Mellow Mushroom again. Unfortunately I didn't drive and couldn't just leave. My advice to MM Rock Hill is to get rid of the person that was greeting customers at the door on Tuesday evening, December 29 at 6:45 PM. People like her will be the downfall of your organization.

My family and I went out to Mellow Mushroom a few weeks back. Our server was excellent. Our two year old fell in love with her. Kudos for hiring such caring, wonderfull staff. I'm very hard to please when it comes to service. So for me to praise how wonderful it was is a big compliment.

Server was missing for the first 7 minutes of sitting down, bartender came over and helped us out. Mushroom soup took 10minutes to come out cold. Kinda disappointed as we were camping all weekend and we're looking for a good meal to end the day with... Service was little better at the end. But very very rough start. Will probably just stick to sitting at the bar.

Not a good place to work for I was lied to not once but twice needs new managment! Good food but I want be back

I love mellow mushroom, but the last two visits to this location have been very disappointing. The crust used to be a highlight of the pizza, but something has changed and it's gone downhill. When I mentioned to staff that we were disappointed, they didn't care. Can't imagine we'll be back, don't recommend you go either.
