BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! First time at this location, we have been to other Mellow Mushrooms with no issue. Took 15 minutes for a waitress to show up, we ordered right away. One hour later we were still waiting for our appetizer (only 3 pretzels) after being told it would be "2 minutes" 2-3 separate times by the waitress. Pizza took even longer to come out, multiple other groups complained including us. The manager said he would take off 20%, we told him to just cancel it because of the extreme wait. Wife wanted a goodnight out of pizza and picked here , if I could rate lower then 1 star I would , the pizza was horrible, lacked any real flavor and the crust was some kinda of brown cardboard nothing like true pizza dough ... completely over priced ----will never go back

Place was completely filthy (especially the patio), half the menu is unavailable, the food we could get was sub par, and it was nothing but employees on phones, service from the bartender was the only pleasant thing about this experience.

Horrible service!!! Found a 6" piece of hair in my food, and was refused an alcoholic beverage because my license was out of state and has a small crack in on the top right corner, not altering the name, dob, or issuing state, picture, or mailing address! I am disgusted with this place and will be sure to never return!
