The last few times we have gone, the food has taken an incredible amount of time to come out. The food is good and this time everything was correct but everything took too much time. If this only happened this time, I would think a bad day but this is now a consistent problem.

We have had good experiences and bad. We love the vegan options. We have had super servers and not so great ones. We didn't appreciate the time we were sat in the covered outside area in December and servers mostly forgot about us. It was our anniversary so we were really disappointed in the experience. They seated one other family in the area about the time we were leaving. I hope they didn't feel as excluded as we did. I love Mellow Mushroom, but this was our worst experience at any Mellow Mushroom ever. We ordered two different beers and waited for them only to be told some time later they were out of both. I waited 20 minutes just for my mixed drink alone. Our pizza did not arrive at our table until an hour after we ordered it - and the restaurant wasn't even that busy. My friend and I had dinner tonight and the service sucked and it was only 645 and was told they were out of roasted potatoes and chocolate chip cookie someone didn't plan to good and we never saw a manager but did see employees standing around talking patting each other's butt not very professional and did I mention the short shorts the girls had on I don't think I'll be back even tho pizza was good
