Last night a little boy fell and cracked his head open. He had blood pouring from his head. Both her and her husband shouted at your staff to call 911 and NOONE DID. Not the waitress, not the hostess, not the bartender. NONE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES DID ANYTHING. We were in the back room so we saw it happen from afar and could not get to them before they left. That said I would like you to know that my staff reached out to me immediately after the child's fall because they were so concerned. Our general manager went to the table immediately to provide assistance and dial 911, but was told by the family that they would be driving the child to the hospital. Great food!
Food was excellent! Mellow Mushroom is always supportive of the Collin County Animal Shelter and the volunteers were so happy to celebrate our big day there!
First, we love Mellow Mushroom but tonight was not a good experience. Our waiter forgot to put in the order and we waited with no food for AN HOUR (not even our salad). He admitted his mistake which we appreciated, but he nor the manager ever intended to make it right. We did end up with a small discount after we had to ask for it but we never personally spoke to the manager. The food was great, but the situation was really handled poorly!!

Favorite spot on the square!! Best pizza on the block. Every time my family/friends and I are here service is great, staff is friendly, and food is brought out fast and hot!! Awesome menu options for vegans. Nichole is super helpful with creative options and girl can make a mean cocktail!! Happy Hour is insane!! If you haven't checked it out its a must. Service was terrible. We had to ask for silverware several times. The food came out at all different times so we couldn’t eat together, but it did taste good.
