They have great food! but honestly this isn't a place for young children or someone that lacks patience. My three year old did a really great job waiting for her pizza unfortunately an hour is just too long🙁🙁 she couldn't wait any longer we had to leave before being served. The manager did make it right. Unfortunately that didn't make my toddler any less hungry...

The place is nice, the staff is friendly, you can see how they are making your pizza, however, there is better pizza and less pricey elsewhere. I’d say here you pay the overall experience, McKinney downtown, the artisan pizza, and the overall atmosphere. I liked it, but I don’t think I will be there very often.
The House Special pizza is fantastic!!!

We waited 1 1/2 for our food. Manager generously gave us a discount but not sure if we will be returning.

Our first time here and it took almost 40 min to get our order - the restaurant wasn’t even very busy. Two of the three restroom stalls are out of order. The waitress was very friendly though. Disappointing experience overall.
