Food could be better, but this is a good place for a good pizza.
simply good – A short review, Spring is here and enjoy good pizza and super selection of beer. Best hang out during lunch among med aged adults who hate cooking on sunny nice day.
Great Pizza One of the best pizza's I've had. I have also heard their calzones and great as well. Would definetely visit them again!
Mellow Mushroom Wake Forest – Pizza is delicious and so is the meatball sub. The beer is not cold enough for me and they do not have frosted mugs... Outside dining is great! Inside is a little loud but the large tv is nice during football season!
Worth the wait? – The pizza and salads are awesome. Good flavor every time we eat there. Food is consistently good and there is a wide variety of beers to choose from. Parking lot has about 10 spots and there is no place to wait for a table. You have to hang out for up to one hour or more for a table!
Highly overrated – The issues with parking, and the arrogance of the manager make this place not worth it. The pizza is okay, but the trade-off isn't worth it.
Best Pizza Place – This is the best place for pizza in raleigh. Unfortunately everyone knows it, just try to get in on a Friday night. The parking is terrible there but the food more than makes up for it once you get it. This place is overrun with college kids though.
Good pizza, chill atmosphere – There's a lot to look at on the walls, etc. Cool hippie mama type waitresses. Basically like most Mellow Mushroom's--not the coolest/biggest one I've ever been to though. Best time to go is in the Spring/Summer when you can sit outside on the patio. Eat a salad with Esperanza dressing, or just dip your pizza in it. It's SO tasty! Decent pizza...Lily's is still the best pizza in Raleigh though.
BDesk Used to think it was great but the food quality has been really off lately. Undercooked pizza and a calzone that was only recognizable as a calzone because it said that's what it was on the menu. Good atmosphere but ratchet up the quality of the food preparation. Too many misses.
