Service was poor, missed part of our order. Trash was on the kitchen floor, inspection rating was a C, our food was not done - crust was under baked. One pizza had no tomato sauce. The manager walked by and asked how it was, I told him and he completely ignored it. We had good experience there prior, we will not return.

The staff was overwhelmed and incompetent. We had multiple waitresses and had to wait over an hour for pizza after we waited for seating. Our waitress was nowhere to be found. She (after taking our drink order) ignored and walked by us 3 times until we had to get the manager. Paid $58 for late drinks, burnt food, and a terrible experience. My wife loves Mellow Mushrooms across the globes and it’s her favorite place. She ate here for her birthday and we may never be back it was that bad and unprofessional. This restaurant is out of control. We waited more than an hour and a half for pizza. Multiple tables received the pizzas before us. The manager seemed to not really care about us. He blamed it on carry outs. I have never had this happen at a Mellow Mushroom. I will not eat here again and recommend others do not.

Tried to eat here for my Girlfriends Birthday.... Very few people were there, we sat on the front porch around 7:45. We let the host/hostess know we sat outside and wanted to eat supper. She followed us outside with menus. We sat there several minutes, but no one ever came to take our order. We went back inside and were informed that they weren’t providing service on the deck. The host begrudgingly said he would send someone out. Still no service. So we left them and their B Sanitation Grade for others to enjoy... Or not..

Have been here quite a few times. Service apparently sucks or the front of the house staff is brain damaged. For once instead of eating in, decided to order take out. Online ordering unavailability. Okay, no problem. Call in. After being put on hold twice for over 5 minutes, less than ten. I get that it’s busy. Told “just to be up front your order can take anywhere between an hour and 15 minutes to an hour and 30 minutes, but you can come in and wait and probably get served quicker.” That is the most absurd comment ever.
