We love our Mellow Mushrooms in Richmond, but we were totally disappointed in our dinner tonight! When we arrived at our table, it was filthy & there was food all over the floors, there were several surrounding tables/booths full of dirty dishes, we should have left then, but I luckily had Clorax wipes with me. We placed our order......and the experience continued to go downhill! We ordered 3 salads, 2 pizzas, & a hoagie. wonderful atmosphere... cool vibe! Great food. Service was very slow.
The drink was weak and potato’s undercooked. The waitress was sweet.
They are always happy to accommodate the locals with wonderful service even in the busy part of the season

We waited 3 hours to only have half of our party recieve their food which most was not correct. Extremely disappointed with our experience there.
