wait staff, time to get food and drinks

Food was great server not so great. Needs to be a little friendlier
we went for a family dinner. To say the least the service was horrible!! The wait time wasnt bad to be seated. Once we got seated we got our drinks , and put in orders for appetizers, it took over 30 min just to get those and they were cold. They were not busy at all! The mac n cheese was disgusting to the point the manger wouldnt ever recommend it! Have been to many other locations and this was the worst!!
Waited extra long for appetizers and wait staff was not great. Have been to other mellow mushrooms and the food is great but would not recommend this location.
My first time at a Mellow Mushroom. Pizza and Sweet Tea were very good.

Pizza came first (after over 30 minutes)then about 20 minutes later, 1 of 3 hoagies, 10 minutes later, 2nd one. 3rd one finally after 10 more minutes. Ridiculous!! Server tried, but kitchen was horrible. Won’t be back.
Waited over half hour for a table when restaurant was half empty. Finally seated and they were out of tea and then my son’s sprite was all soda water and no syrup. Waiter replaced it with more nasty soda water and put it on the wrong table. After waiting 40 minutes for one large pizza we were told another 30 minutes and manager wouldn’t come out. We left!
