Awesome place to eat. Pizza was out of this world delicious!! Hospitality was fantastic. Great place for family to enjoy some good food. We parked on the street, but more parking available in back.

As far as Mellow Mushrooms go, loved the layout and atmosphere. This was my first time at this location. Wasn't impressed with the curb out front, so know that unless your in a big truck, the curb is too tall to open the passenger doors... not sure what other parking is available? Hannah was great, and the food was delicious! I'll be back!
I add shrimp and bacon to my Cesar salad, wings delicious and that guacamole sandwich topped with brussel spouts is my favorite. Service is friendly and attentive.
They dont use gloves while making their food i was there for 2 hrs didnt see not a person in the kitchen wash their hands. Went to the bathroom an employee was in there didnt wash hands. Who knows if they washed their hands afterwards. Was only there for drinks and inwint even go back for that. So many health codes that were broken
Food is always excellent no matter the location or state. Seemed like it took forever to get food delivered to table.
Service was horrible. Ordered a burger and it took 20 mins for the waitress to tell us they were out of burgers and 30 mins later told the table next to us that she just found out they were out of burgers....they ordered after we did all while she knew they were out. Cheese bread came after our pizza did, we were constantly out of drinks and would have to ask for a refill, had to go get our own silverware, bathrooms were nasty (toilet was leaking in the women's restroom, tampons and dirty toilet paper were all over the floor... read more
