Place was empty and was told a 15-20 wait. Asked if they were short waiters and was told the kitchen was backed up so they rather make us wait standing than at a table. Left for taco luchador, second time this week
The wait for the food was so bad we cancelled half our order , even the wait for the drinks was just as bad , will never return
Should never be allowed in the Louisville Burger Week program. Service was extremely slow at lunch and the featured Holy Shiitake Burger was missing the mushrooms and garlic aioli, on all four burgers ordered at our table. The buns were cold and the frozen star shaped burgers were terrible. I would suggest you stick with pizza.
RecommendedI won a free pizza last week and my fiancee and I took advantage tonight to try this place for the first time and we loved the food and atmosphere and employees! we definitely will be back!
Pretty fast service. Very kid friendly. Celebrated both kids birthdays there and they had a good time. Food was good and lots of beers to choose from. Definitely come back again.
This unfortunately was one of the worst experiences I have ever had in a restaurant. The whole dining experience from beginning to end was mishandled. I have never written a negative review before because having been in the industry and having several friends that own restaurants I know how easy it is to have one bad experience. Best pizza I have ever had! The food was amazing the atmosphere is perfect! Family friendly but fun for adults at the same time is hard to pull of but they do! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Will be coming back again!!!!!!!!
Well when the pizza is correct it’s awesome, but to many times it’s wrong, we have wait for another.this time AGAIN it was wrong. The manager I’m assuming,never once came to our table , then wanted to charge us full price. Not sure what’s going on in the kitchen but it’s not good. I love this place this just seems to keep happening.
