Don't go. Service sucked. We had our appetizer first then our water. Never got our drinks.
Very disappointed. Scheduled a large party a week in advance. Poor service. Extremely slow. Will not be going back - either with a crowd or with our family. Only decent things were: the food and a sweet server, Allie?, who stepped in to help!
The last two times my boyfriend and I have been in, the place has been swamped. Both Megan and Marshall did a great job at letting us know up front that things might take a little longer, which is not an issue for us. They took a situation that is out of their control and turned it into a customer service win. Love the gluten free options and the the food is usually pretty good if you don't mind the wait. I absolutely loved it! A little pricey, but hey, for a teenager with no place to go it's a dream come true!
Went here with a friend at 6:30 on a Tuesday. Told the waitress we were in a hurry because we had tickets to an event, and she said we'd be fine, but we might want to order something besides pizza because pizza would take 20 minutes or more. Took forever to take our orders. We ordered sandwiches but it took over 20 minutes to get our food and both orders were wrong. Then took too long to get our checks and process payment! Great place, great ambiance, great pizza; Mellow Mushroom
Our waiter had an attitude with me, but I think he was nice to the rest of our table. My hoagie had no taste to it and was kind of cold, I didn't send it back because we already waited an hour for our food and the place was empty. I ordered a half order of the pretzels, but they weren't brought out. Our waiter tried to charge us for them and when I told him we never got them he just let out a big groan. The hired a tall guy to make pizzas recently and I've noticed that he makes very good pizza!!
