I am seriously hooked. I have a massage booked every month and look forward to them all month. I leave feeling so relaxed and stress free. I am honestly a nicer person after leaving mellow! I am a lifer and will not look elsewhere for a massage.

Absolutely blown away by my experience at Mellow Day Spa! Shelby is a miracle worker. I came in with my shoulder, lower back, and glutes in knots—constant pain and serious tension—and left feeling like a brand-new person. The relief was IMMEDIATE! Her hands are magic, and her focus on the problem areas was truly next level. My 90-minute session felt like a calming escape from reality, and somehow, it still wasn’t long enough (in the best way). I will definitely be back!
