Absolutely blown away by my experience at Mellow Day Spa! Shelby is a miracle worker. I came in with my shoulder, lower back, and glutes in knots—constant pain and serious tension—and left feeling like a brand-new person. The relief was IMMEDIATE! Her hands are magic, and her focus on the problem areas was truly next level. My 90-minute session felt like a calming escape from reality, and somehow, it still wasn’t long enough (in the best way). I will definitely be back!
Wonderful facial today. She was able to get rid of 3-4 skin pearls that 3 other places never removed during my facials. I love the detail she put into the process and products.

Great first time experience at Mellow Day Spa. Very relaxing, quiet and safe environment! Shawna was very pleasant and the massage was wonderful - I nearly went to sleep. She has a gift for seeking out all the right points and applying exactly the right amount of pressure to relieve tension without pain. I would highly recommend her services to anyone
I have enjoyed coming here for almost a year now and it has been a game changer for me. I went in with a gnarly shoulder and back knot/tightness that was hurting my whole left side, and the team here was easily able to identify the problem area and work it out.
