RecommendedWe just had Mella to our home to clean the windows. I really believed we’d have hard water stains on the west side where there are 12 windows in full sun. All of our windows are now sparkling clean. The two gentlemen were very courteous and professional. They represent Mella Services extremely well. They’ve cleaned our carpets multiple times. Now we can recommend them for both carpet and window cleaning.
Extremely professional service and fabulous customer service. These folks will taken care of you. If something happens to go wrong, they’ll make it right 10/10.

Erin from Mella came out and she was a true professional. Made everything convenient by bringing samples to us as well as picking them back up which is a big help as we do not have much free time. BJ was able to fit us in very quickly and the install team did a great job and were extremely clean. We thought it might be a two day job but they worked efficiently and finished in a day. Carpet looks great and we would highly recommend Mella and their staff. They will be back to do our top floor in the near future.

Arrival time given was 12:30-1:30. They arrived at 12:40. Cleaned all windows, inside and out. Used covers for their shoes inside. Very professional-looking honest, and efficient. And very reasonable. My windows are crystal clear. Extremely happy. Especially since I didn't have to clean them! We will use them again, and again, etc.
