Overall, I respect this business. They went beyond what was required a d gave me a decent deal on a very nice well taken vehicle. No pressure to sell me. Answered my questions. Negotiated fairly. Antonio was very pleasant and easy to deal with. There was an issue with getting my permanent tag and registration. However, they corrected it on their dime after they already had my money. Won't lie, driving 2 hours to pull up to a tiny, packed lot with a small building for a dealership gave up slightly sketchy vibes. But Antonio washed away any fears about scammy business when he was really upfront about the vehicle, what it did and didn't have, and what he checked prior to listing it. Super cool, nice dude who put absolutely no pressure on me to buy (HUGE). Experience was just ok. Natalie was super nice and took care of us very well in the finance office. The minivan we got had a few issues (burnt out light bulb, issues with screen) that we asked to be fixed before we finalized our purchase. Took a week to get a light bulb replaced which seemed excessive. Screen was another issue but not their fault so I’ll leave that out.
