This business was recommended by people in the community, and after trying unsuccessfully for two weeks to get a quote and pay a significant amount of money for a cake for our 25th Wedding Anniversary Reception and Vow Renewal, I will definitely not be recommending this place to anyone. We tried contacting them and got the run-around at least twice, and then they didn’t contact me back on specific days when they said they would. I kept screen captures of the conversation. RecommendedMy mom had the cake for my baby shower made by Melissa’s Custom Cakes and it was both beautiful and delicious. Even with it being Valentine’s weekend, which I’m sure is a very busy time for them, it was perfect! Also delicious chocolate covered strawberries.
Thank you to Melissa's Custom Cakes for two amazing cakes last week for a small retirement and birthday celebration at Michaelee’s! Both cakes were absolutely delicious- so fresh and light- highly recommend! One was strawberry with white chocolate mousse and buttercream and the other was an almond joy cake with the most amazing coconut cream filling. Melissa’s was so accommodating with last minute decor and writing, and the cakes were just stunning! We will definitely return for more!
Got a Boston Cream Pie for my Aunt's birthday cake. It was beautiful and so tasty!!

Our daughter was married on August 22,2020. Melissa did the groom’s cake( a lifelike rainbow trout) and the wedding cake. Both cakes were beautiful and so delicious!! We can’t thank her enough. Such talent!!!!
