I do not know for absolute certain that the investigation into the Knoxville County Tax Office had anything to do with the multiple rescheduling of court dates from late December to April. I do know for a fact that we were finally able to get to court only one day before my brother's passing. Communication could have been much better. That being said the process was very frustrating. Lawyers are necessary in this litigious society. Regretfully I have to disagree with the Bard as to their fate
