Thorough and careful and professional
Dr Sgro took the least invasive approach to fixing my problem and then treated the other foot in a preemptive manner to prevent the same issue from occurring on both feet. She is also well read on a myriad of other health related topics which made my visit a very useful visit.
Very little wait time, Receptionist handled all paperwork quickly, no wait time to see the Doctor and the Doctor answered all my questions

Very pleased with the medical care received. The procedure and after care were very well explained. The staff and doctor were friendly and professional. I definitely recommend.
My 13-year-old son saw Dr. Sgro for an ingrown toenail procedure. Before starting, we told her he has significant PTSD from a recent trauma and a history of reduced effectiveness with anesthesia. That information didn't seem to factor into how the visit was handled.She never introduced herself or explained the procedure. Mid-procedure, he said he could feel what was happening; she told him he'd 'feel it but not pain' and moved on. Horrible bedside manner with a child. At one point a needle was hanging out of our child’s toe and she moved the privacy curtain and told him to look at it. Awful experience and would not recommend.
Friendly, efficient and has resolved several issues with meds and procedures. Highly recommend.
