Melissa is a fantastic asset when preparing and selling property. Not only does she instruct sellers in what needs to be done, she also jumps in and helps wherever she can. If I could, I'd give her a 10 out of 5 stars!!!

Used Melissa for both selling and buying. Goes above and beyond the call of duty. Can be a very emotional time, but she made selling my childhood home a caring and understanding transaction. Even helped move when needed!!! Quick to respond, and makes you understand the multitude of laws and regulations. Would NEVER want to do that on my own.

We have bought and sold many times, Melissa Knuth Ostlund was by far the best, she is a realtor who goes way beyond the duties of a realtor. Very knowledgeable about all aspects of buying, very prompt in answering questions and getting answers.
