Dr. McNally is knowledgable and kind. She took the time to listen to concerns and relays understanding very well. I'm picky, and I think she is awesome.
Was with this doctor for our son Ambrose (not even sure anymore) and we missed an appointment. we attempted to call and reschedule after the fact and was told by one of the ladies working the front desk that because we missed the appointment we could not get a check-up for our son. Because we missed one appointment we aren't allowed to schedule a check-up..... Have been with this doctor for 8 yrs. She's fantastic, one of the best doctors at her practice. Very personable. One improvement could be full blood workups for patients. Many doctors are reluctant to do this when their patients have unexplainable ailments. Full blood workups/testing can often provide answers. This option is underutilized at this practice.
