This office is horrible, the front desk isn't helpful, nurses are rude and unhelpful and if you need assistance with WIC paperwork good luck! All melissa closs brewer cares about is money and she's made it clear multiple times. Between trying to force excessive amounts of vaccines and if you deny any of them she refuses to help you. My daughter is growth restricted and seeing a dietician as well every 4-6 weeks and on special formula, wic provides my daughter with her special formula. She's good! I don't understand the previous review as she has always been thorough. She also has a great way with kids!! So lucky to have found her.
She missed an orthopedic issue on my daughter that could have been corrected if we had started earlier, but instead we had to have surgery to correct it. It seems like she brushes off all of our concerns. After 8 years with her, we're looking for a new Pediatrician.
