I am not a big fan of Melissa Yanckello. She talked to me like I was stupid and did not listen to what I was telling her. After she told me to take our son off his acid reflux meds, I asked her how I was supposed to know if he needed them again when he never showed symptoms and we only knew he needed them because he had an endoscopy, she told me to put him back on them if he had symptoms. When I again stated that he never had symptoms, her answer was to have him have an endoscopy every 6 months.
She is very thoughtful and thorough. She's awesome!
