Very nice, knowledgeable, and attentive. I didn’t feel rushed. Great experience!
Unfortunately mine was a bad experience. More than 6 years ago I would say I went in for a simple eyelid surgery it didn't go well my I look like a marble and her solution was to carve the top of my eyebrow like a pumpkin to pull it up. Scaring me terribly nothing was really done about it I tried to let it go but every day I have to look at that and I don't think it's right
I felt seen, heard, and care for. Dr. Klausmeyer and RN Maria made me feel like no question was stupid. I felt comfortable during what could have been a scary procedure.
Dr. Klausmeyer is an excellent plastic surgeon!! She has superb bedside manner and extremely diligent about bringing my vision to life. I really appreciate how she took time to get to know my story!!! I would recommend Dr. Klausmeyer to any woman or man who is seeking a reconstruction surgeon after battling cancer.
