The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. Dr Musick is very informitive, but was too cavalier with her attitude. What was important to me didn't seem important to her.
