We hired this company because they appear to be honest and working individuals, the truth is far from that. The turned out to be inefficient, liars, cannot follow their own work programs, are not able to manage their personal nor the work site, and will try to collect money before finishing the works by sending you pictures. BEWARE! We have paid them over 85% of the total 3-month project to this date, 6 months after, the work is deficient, poorly supervised and with many flaws. They renovated the terrace and the bathroom of my house, they are professionals and they do a really good job.
Great experience working with the Melhem team. I did a bathroom remodeling in a condo. They were quick, all paperwork and inspections well timed. They had an excellent relationship with the condo staff. The work was well done. Very responsive. I would definitely re-hire for other projects.
