After I called the plumbing company, Roger and his assistant arrived at my home in about half an hour and worked late into the evening to replace my hot water heater, pipes, and the necessary fittings so my family could have hot water again. I booked an appointment with Evans Family Plumbing for the day after Thanksgiving and, amazingly, they managed to fit me into their schedule. Theodore, the plumber who assisted me, was both friendly and well-informed. He resolved all my queries and addressed my plumbing issue effectively. He also provided me with additional information about potential follow-up visits that might be necessary. The service from Evans Family Plumbing was exceptional, from the dispatch team to the technicians. When I called with a clogged drain problem at home with my two kids, the dispatch team, understanding the urgency of my situation, arranged for a technician as quickly as possible. The technicians, Theodore and Roger, were incredibly polite and informative. I was truly impressed by their work and they will be my first choice for all my future plumbing needs in Los Angeles. :)

The pair of plumbers from Evans Family Plumbing arrived on schedule at my Los Angeles property. Both of them, roger and miguel, were wearing masks, and they were very professional and courteous. Roger knew what he was doing, he was confident about the big job of removing my old plumbing system and putting in a new one. The new system had to be modified to fit the specific space and situation I had. You could tell he was a true craftsman. The company is under new management now, which is providing excellent service.
