My first time moving into an Apt owned by a Corp since 2018. The process has definitely changed. Sharon was very helpful and professional answering all my questions with multiple calls to her. I really like they offer a check list upon moving in. If there are any issues notify them within five days. I am excited to settle into my renovated Apt. and call Meldon Place home. Love all the upgrades and exterior renovations.

Current resident: This complex does not regularly spray for bugs. Every complex I've lived in has their units sprayed to prevent infestations as a precaution. I now have roaches in my apartment and upon talking to my neighbors they have reported issues with roaches as well with an ongoing infestation that has not resolved for several months. Once I noticed the roaches I have also noticed one of my cats having respiratory issues and excessive scratching/bald spots in just a couple of days. His vet believes he is allergic to r... read more
