Meldon place was absolutely wonderful! Sharon and Haley were so kind to me and my family. Nice, clean apartments. I would absolutely recommend to others.
Sharon and the team at Meldon Place were very helpful with the leasing process. The unit is quiet and clean, and the area is a convenient location.
Just moved into Meldon Place a few days ago. Early days, but so far so good. The unit was clean when I got here (had to wipe out some residue in the tub/drain, but no big deal). Rent is $860, and honestly for what you get, that's a great price. What's really stood out is how quiet it is. The walls seem practically soundproof. I could probably scream in here and nobody would notice. Can't overstate how nice that is. Only problem so far is the stove isn't working, and management can take a couple of tries to reach by phone.
