Went into store to place an order staff were very willing and patient to deal with my situation. Went out of there way to look for spares for a ancient saw that I have a Zenoah which they don't even sell at the store .
I've now purchased from The RedShed in Bayswater twice, and both experiences have been outstanding. The quality of their products is excellent, and the customer service is second to none. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely take the time to help you choose the right product instead of just trying to make a sale. I just picked up my Masport lawnmower this Friday and I have nothing but praise for the guys at The Redshed Bayswater. They make you feel welcomed and provided you with advice without any obligation for you to buy. They even gave me a trade in price for my dead Masport mower as part of the purchase of a new Masport mower. Great guys all round.
