My wife had a total knee replacement at this facility. The services were exceptional and the staff, beginning with the receptionist and the teams though the pre-op, the OR, the recovery and the therapist were amazing and extraordinary. Thanks to every one who made our experience a great one.
Very professional, caring, and competent. All concerns were addressed quickly and explained clearly. All staff in Pre-op, Surgery, and the Recovery team were excellent.
Maddie reception, Darlene, Zoe, & Bonnie OR team and Natali, Maddie, and Amber Recovery were all so on top of my care and comfort, treating me with kindness, smiles, answers to questions and experience and expertise which made me feel comfortable and well taken care of from start to finish. Dr Hanley is a professional and cares for his patients kindness and smiles with a great people person which made me feel comfortable and cared about WHAT A GREAT TEAM START TO FINISH🩵 Thank you all!!
A big thank you, Marja Sprock MD, Pre-Opc team, OR Team, recovery Team. Anesthesiologist team, This is the first time with general anesthesia that I did not get sick thank you so much. You guys were amazing from the start to the end. I would highly recommend Melbourne surgery center.
This place was so pleasant yesterday, from the time we walked in till we left, the staff , doctor, anesthesiologist, nurses everyone was great. And thanks again for having patience with my son. You guys are amazing.
