I have to say that the ladies in the front were always so nice and caring. My dog had a hematoma in his ear. We had been through this before with him for his other ear 1 year prior with no problems. It was a different place. He had the surgery on Monday. This time everything was fine until I went to pick him up. Now my dog got this in his ear because he shakes his head so hard.
