My husband came to get clearance to go back to work after an ankle injury. His job requires their specific release form be used. The nurse refused to sign it even though she said he was fully capable of going back to work. Even when my husband explained that the company needs this form so he can go back, she still refused to help. She was extremely rude to him all while he calmly explained everything. We have never had issues with anyone in this office until he had to see her.
My experience with this provider has been extremely disappointing, and I personally did not feel cared for as a patient. On my first visit, the right side of my foot and toe had been swollen for almost two weeks. An initial X-ray was done, and I was told nothing was wrong. After I continued explaining and showing the swelling, she rechecked the image and then said it was actually fractured, pointing out the area on the screen. She placed me on sedentary duty.
