Dr Buttross was the surgeon for both of my mom’s cataract surgery. She’s superb. Very thorough, caring, professional. She took time and explained the procedure. Her follow up was excellent. And her entire team was also extremely professional. My mom and I highly recommend Dr Buttross.
Nurses very warm and friendly. Waiting room is large, staff is as nice as the doctor. Dr. Buttross removed one cataract from me and it went extremely well. I couldn’t be happier.
De Buttross was recommended by a friend and I am very happy that I had here operate on my Cataract. Not only is she a great doctor (I had perfect results by the following day) but her office is well organized with polite professionals. Most importantly Dr Buttross is kind and she actually cares about her patients. There are other competent doctors out there but there are none as attentive to their patients needs and well being as she is. I would definitely recommend her for you eye needs.
Dr. Buttross exemplifies the finest in physician care: knowledge, competency, expertise, caring and results. She performed cataract surgery on me and provided exemplary personal care and attention with unbelievable results. Doctors don't get any better than this!
Dr. Buttross is one of the finest doctors I have ever known. The quality of care is at the very top - after many years. I trust her with my eyes!!!
I have gone to Dr. Buttross approximately 5 times, for contact lens and glasses prescriptions and once for a minor eye irritation. Her staff does all the work; she comes in and checks their work and chats a bit. She may be a good doctor for more serious issues, but I would not go to her for regular eye care. The wait time in her office is at least 45-60 minutes. Even when you call her office, you have to wait for calls in front of you. I don't think she's worth it.
From scheduling my appt. to the last follow-up, Dr. Buttross and her Staff are first rate. Dr. Buttross treats you like you are a part of HER family. She truly cares about how you feel and why. There is nothing she won't do to go above and beyond the average Ophthalmologist. I gladly place the care of my eye sight in her hands and do recommend her to anyone that wants the best. She is worth traveling out of state just to see her.
